What is Wet felting? A technique used to create fabric from wool. It involves layering loose wool fibers, applying warm water and soap, and then agitating the fibers through rubbing or rolling. This process causes the fibers to interlock and form a dense, felted fabric.
Learn the Basics: Discover the art of wet felting and complete your very own felted picture. This workshop will teach you how to bring perspective into your work and use color and materials to produce stunning effects.

Nicola is an experienced teacher and practising artist. She has been creating felt pictures inspired by local landscapes and and running workshops in her Montgomeryshire home and at schools and galleries for many years. She is a passionate, skilled and experienced tutor who will guide you through the process and encourage you to develop your ideas while teaching you basic techniques and new skills.
